Below is a listing of our current employment needs.  Please submit resumes to HR@bashaservices.com • EOSH Specialist - Duties / Responsibilities / Employment Background - Provides environmental and/or occupational safety and health (EOSH) contracting services.  Candidate should possesses field experience in the conduct of remediation contracting services, have experience operating monitoring equipment, sample procurement, and consulting experience such as being able to develop approaches for data gathering, analysis, and deliverable development.  Develops solutions and strategies, and determines and presents alternative courses of action to optimize program effectiveness within the EOSH program area specialization.  Education experience should include Masters degree and 3 years experience; or Bachelors degree and 4 plus years experience, and 40-Hour HARWOPER training.  Candidate must have above average communication, computer, writing, and leadership skills.  Up to 80% travel required. • EOSH Technician - Duties / Responsibilities / Employment Background - Provides environmental and/or occupational safety and health (EOSH) contracting services.  Candidate should possesses field experience in the conduct of remediation contracting services, have experience operating monitoring equipment, sample procurement, and be able to perform manual labor tasks.  Equipment Operation skills will enhance a candidates consideration.  Education experience should include Bachelors degree and 2 plus years experience, or  High School Diploma and 4 years experience, and 40-Hour HARWOPER training. Up to 80% travel required. • Chemist/Biologist - Manager of Biological Waste Disposal Program.  Qualified candidate must have BS in Biology or Chemistry and possess 5-years experience in waste management.  Ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to write proposals, sales experience, and customer service experience.  Some travel might be required. • Sales - Must be self motivated, result oriented, and customer service driven individual.  BS in marketing, science, construction, or engineering is desired.  Must also have ability to sell a diverse list of services to a broad customer base.  Commission based compensation. • Remediation & Emergency Response Project Manager - Must have minimum of 5-years environmental contracting management experience and BS in science, environmental, or engineering field.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.  Ideal candidate will have spill cleanup, contaminated soil remediation, storage tank closure or cleaning, confined space, groundwater remediation system construction, demolition, site grading and civil construction experience.  Significant travel might be required.   • Waste Transportation - Looking for experience waste preferable biological waste transporter.  Must have CDL, excellent driving record, customer service oriented, and excellent communication and computer skills. • Field Personnel - Our field personnel are critical to the success of our company.  We recruit only the best safety officers, equipment operators, hazardous material technicians, and construction managers.
